Terms of Service

Welcome to SYM.BOT Ltd ("SYM.BOT", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of our applications and services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

  • MeloMotion — AI video generation (web app)
  • MeloTune — emotion-aware music player (iOS)
  • MeloMove — mood-aligned fitness companion (iOS)

SYM.BOT Ltd is registered in Scotland.

2. Eligibility

  • MeloMotion: age 13+ required
  • MeloTune/MeloMove: per App Store age ratings
  • You must comply with applicable laws

3. MeloMotion — AI Content

  • Videos you generate are YOUR property
  • You may use generated videos for personal or commercial use
  • You are responsible for ensuring input images do not infringe third-party rights or contain prohibited content
  • Videos are stored for 7 days, then automatically deleted
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated content

Prohibited Content

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Content that infringes intellectual property
  • CSAM or exploitation of minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Content promoting violence or hate

4. Payment

MeloMotion: Credit-based payment via Stripe. Credits do not expire. Refunds per Stripe policies.

MeloTune & MeloMove: Subscriptions via Apple App Store. Billing handled by Apple. Cancel anytime via App Store settings.

5. Intellectual Property

  • MeloMotion, MeloTune, MeloMove are trademarks of SYM.BOT Ltd
  • MeloMotion Turbo technology owned by SYM.BOT Ltd
  • You may not reverse-engineer our applications

6. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Use automated systems to abuse the service
  • Attempt to extract AI models or training data
  • Share account access with others
  • Use services for illegal purposes

7. Disclaimers

  • Services provided "as is" without warranty
  • AI-generated content may contain imperfections
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability limited to amounts paid in prior 12 months
  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

  • We may terminate access if you breach these Terms
  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Upon termination, access ceases immediately

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Scottish law. Disputes subject to Scottish court jurisdiction.
