Looking for product terms or a software licence? Start at our legal hub. A repository's licence, a product-specific agreement or a signed enterprise agreement may give you different rights and takes priority for its subject matter.

2. What this website provides
sym.bot describes our company, research direction, open-source work, products and enterprise services. Website content is general information, not professional advice, a binding offer or a guarantee that a product, feature or engagement will be available.
Any commercial engagement begins only when the parties enter into a written agreement or order that identifies the work, price and applicable terms.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;

Unless a separate notice says otherwise, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to SYMBOT LTD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and make reasonable copies for personal reference, but no other licence is granted.
Open-source code and openly licensed specifications are governed by the licence supplied with the relevant repository or material. See Software licensing and IP & attribution.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain any mandatory rights and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live.
