At SYM.BOT, we are building the Organizational Cognition Layer for Enterprise AI.
Rather than asking how AI systems exchange more information, we ask a different question:
How should independent AI systems influence one another so better organizational judgment can emerge?
That question sits above workflows. Above orchestration. Above individual models.
It concerns the organization itself.
Our work combines more than twenty years of enterprise integration, distributed systems, semantic technologies, and AI research.
Those disciplines taught us how organizations move information.
AI is teaching us how organizations automate work.
Our research explores what comes next: how organizations themselves learn, adapt, and improve judgment.
That research became Mesh Cognition, a distributed architecture describing how organizational cognition emerges from sovereign AI systems exchanging selective cognitive influence rather than centralized state.
It is enabled by the open Mesh Memory Protocol (MMP), which allows AI systems to exchange structured cognitive memories while preserving independent reasoning.
These ideas are being realized through xMesh — the enterprise platform we are building and will be launching soon, for organizations creating AI-native operating models rather than simply automating existing processes.
