Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

SYM.BOT Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use:

• MeloMotion (web application)
• MeloTune (iOS application)
• MeloMove (iOS application)

MeloMotion is subject to credit-based payment. MeloTune and MeloMove are subject to subscription fees through the Apple App Store. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SYM.BOT Ltd.

2. Technology License

• MeloMotion is powered by MeloMotion Turbo, proprietary AI video generation technology owned by SYM.BOT Ltd
• MeloTune and MeloMove are powered by Mesh Cognition, proprietary emotional intelligence architecture owned by SYM.BOT Ltd
• Users receive no rights to underlying AI/ML technology beyond use within our applications

3. AI-Generated Content (MeloMotion)

• Videos generated using MeloMotion are your property
• You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws
• You are responsible for ensuring input images do not infringe third-party rights
• Generated videos are stored for 7 days, then auto-deleted
• SYM.BOT Ltd retains no ownership of your generated content

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Attempt to extract or access the underlying AI/ML models
• Create derivative works based on our applications
• Share your account access with others
• Use MeloMotion to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Use automated systems to abuse the service

5. Intellectual Property

• MeloMotion, MeloTune, and MeloMove are trademarks of SYM.BOT Ltd
• MeloMotion Turbo is a trademark of SYM.BOT Ltd
• All application code, designs, and user interfaces are copyright © 2026 SYM.BOT Ltd
• Mesh Cognition is a trademark of SYM.BOT Ltd
• Emotional learning data on your device remains your property

6. Third-Party Services

• MeloTune integrates with Apple Music and Spotify
• Apple, Apple Music, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
• Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB
• Music content remains property of respective owners
• SYM.BOT Ltd is not affiliated with Apple or Spotify

7. Privacy & Data

MeloMotion: Images and videos processed in cloud, stored for 7 days, then automatically deleted.

MeloTune/MeloMove: All emotional learning happens locally on your device with zero cloud sync. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. Payment

• MeloMotion: Credit-based payment via Stripe
• MeloTune/MeloMove: Subscriptions via Apple App Store
• Refunds handled per respective platform policies

9. Termination

• This license is effective until terminated
• You may terminate by deleting the application/account
• We may terminate if you breach this Agreement
• Upon termination, access ceases immediately

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Applications are provided "AS IS" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content may contain imperfections.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes are subject to Scottish court jurisdiction.
